Wakehurst Place Revisited..

Wakehurst Place Revisited..

It has been a glorious day in the South East of England today..  wall to wall sunshine and temperatures that were comfortable to walk around in..  Admittedly it could get a bit nippy in the shade but it was nice to be able to visit a place without having gloves, body warmer and a scarf wrapped around your neck thirty odd times.. (slight exaggeration there).  Not saying it has been cold but on our trips out.. the thick wooly scarf I bought donkey’s years ago.. becomes the subject of a massive bundle to see which one of us is wearing it. :D

The above picture is of Wakehurst Place House.. and as you stroll around the gardens there are plenty of seating places to rest your weary legs and take in the view..

The photograph below is a black and white version one of those beauty spots..
